Janet Bregman-Taney, 54, of Shawnee-on-Delaware, PA, died on November 24. She was a writer and multi-talented musician. With her husband, banjo player Peter Taney, she fiddled and sang with the Juggernaut String Band, whose blend of Appalachian and African sounds always delighted audiences at festivals and musical venues in the Poconos.
